Schulz/Goszer Prize for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law 

We knew that when we got married some of you would want to buy gifts, but since this isn’t either of our first times down the aisle, we don’t need any! That’s when we got the idea to create an annual prize for the University of Manitoba law student who writes the best alternative dispute resolution-themed paper in an upper year family law course, or the best family law themed paper in an upper year dispute resolution course. Jennifer is an expert in mediation and Elliott is an expert in family law and this felt like a wonderful way to bring their career interests together to benefit students at their alma mater.
